This is a funny tape. In short it's a decent enough audience tape from the 1965 American tour, but it's marred by too much talking among the tapers and their tendency to turn the tape recorder off when they didn't want to keep certain songs. This was obviously someone's personal tape and I'm sure there was never any intention of having it get into circulation. Indeed, it's highly possible that the taper had no idea how sought after some of these tapes would be!
